Requip is a pragmatic outplacement and career coaching programme designed to significantly improve the chances of an employee finding a new job, by focusing on their strengths and providing constructive feedback on interview and presentation skills. The aim is to equip them with practical knowledge as to how they can best focus their efforts and maximise on their skills to source their next job opportunity. Requip focuses on providing outplacement services and insight on either sides of recruitment whether you’re an employer or an employee.
The one on one outplacement session with an experienced recruitment consultant will cover some key issues:-
- Assess interviewing skills – providing constructive feedback.
- Provide open and honest feedback on personal image/presentation
- Assess a presentation – providing feedback
- Focus on key transferable skills and competencies
- Define the type of organisation which will provide a cultural fit
- De-mystify the recruitment industry, advising on the dynamics of the marketplace
- Include a psychometric test – providing feedback
The above outplacement session would be expected to take between 3 and 4 hours and can be tailored to suit the outplacement support you wish to provide to your employees. One to one outplacement support sessions can be held either on or off site. For up to one month after the one to one coaching, the employee will have access to our outplacement consultant for a condensed follow up session.
Once the employee is referred to us, we will take it from there, liaising directly with them and making the relevant arrangements.
