Yvonne Conabeer, Director, has a wealth of experience within the corporate healthcare market since 1994, and has been with Morgan Keating since 2001. After an initial progressive career within the travel industry, Yvonne entered the corporate healthcare world working for one of the leading healthcare providers in various senior sales and management positions, both in the UK and internationally.
Instrumental in developing the healthcare recruitment division of Morgan Keating, Yvonne is now proud to see Morgan Keating play a key role in this market as the leading provider of corporate healthcare recruitment. Her in-depth knowledge and experience of the market, coupled with her natural ability to build strong relationships, allows Yvonne to always work very closely with clients to tailor each solution and ensure that both candidates and clients feel valued and respected in the recruitment process.
Clare Normanton (BA Hons), Associate Director, started her management career over 20 years ago in sales and customer services within the manufacturing sector. In 1993, Clare moved into a training role and then progressed within the HR field with blue chip companies within the retail, logistics and travel industries. Having gained extensive experience across all aspects of HR, including training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, health & safety and recruitment, Clare held the position of HR Director for three and a half years prior to joining Morgan Keating.
Clare’s understanding of business needs at director level brings valuable commercial acumen to her role at Morgan Keating, as well as a sound appreciation for different corporate cultures and styles. Having recruited at senior executive level, as well as for a broad range of roles within different industries, she truly understands recruitment needs from a client’s perspective. Additionally, her first hand experience of sourcing and managing key employee benefits and healthcare providers, gives her valuable insight into Morgan Keating’s key market of corporate health and wellbeing.
